2 soft handles

1 anchor for assembly,

2 ankle straps

Each of the 5 rubbers has a different resistance.

The color of the rubber determines its resistance and its loads that a particular rubber has:

Yellow - 4.5 kg

Red - 6.8 kg

Blue - 9 kg

Green - 11.5 kg

Black - 13.5 kg.
