HMS UW12 handle

Features:

  • UW12 HMS is a short bar designed for training on the upper and lower lift. It can be used throughout the whole range of exercises for various muscle groups of the upper body, starting from small muscle groups, such as biceps and triceps, through the anterior and lateral shoulder muscles, to the widest muscles and the dorsal extensor.
  • The narrow spacing of the handle helps keep the elbows close to the body. This is important in training alternative muscle attachments to the wide grip. The rubber handle allows for a secure and comfortable grip. It prevents the accessory from slipping from your hands. The handle is made of high quality steel, which allows training with a significant load.
    The UW12 HMS model will allow you to perfectly develop muscle groups.
