The ball has a slightly weighted base, thanks to which it will not automatically roll during training.

  • Ball exercises are an ideal way to increase the effects of daily training. During exercise, various muscle groups are activated that would not be active when exercising on a flat surface. It is suitable for squats, back muscle exercises, stretching and much more.

  • When choosing a ball for your height, it is important that the angle between your pelvis and knees is 90 degrees when sitting on it. Innovative design thanks to the unique surface structure, ensuring great comfort during exercise.

  • The set includes a pump that allows you to quickly and easily inflate the ball.
