High quality 2.1 mm wide BB 104B resistance tape by Body Sculpture. The tape is practical, easy to use and takes up little space. It is primarily used to add extra resistance when doing static exercises.

Using the tape allows you to provide additional work to the muscles, making the exercises more effective. This allows you to perform exercises with appropriately selected resistance. The tape can be used for crossfit, yoga, static exercises, but also in rehabilitation and correction of posture defects. The tapes not only add resistance during exercise, but also facilitate learning, for example, to pull up. All you need to do is hook a strap with sufficient resistance to the pull-up bar, put your foot or knee in the loop and try to pull up. The resistance should be reduced until the support tape is completely eliminated. Thanks to the tape, we can perform a whole body training.
