The count-up mode, or counting down from 0 to the top, is especially useful when exercising or studying - just press the button when the screen shows 00:00 to start timing. On the other hand, the countdown mode, or counting down from the top down, is ideal for giving presentations or cooking. Simply set the desired time and press the button to start the countdown. In addition, the multi-period mode allows you to use the Pomodoro technique (for example, 25 minutes of learning and 5 minutes of break). This makes the timer a versatile tool for anyone who values time management.
