Working principle:
The model demonstrates a basic electrical engineering circuit (positive/negative polarity, current path, closed circuit, resistor, contact switch, and LEDs).
The set includes three LED lights (red, green, yellow) and wires with crocodile clips. Metal rings on the base of the model act as switches. When the child touches a specific ring with the clip, the electrical circuit is completed and the corresponding light turns on.
Understanding electrical circuits: Children learn that a light turns on only when the circuit is closed. Touching the metal contact with the crocodile clip connects the circuit and allows current to flow.
Positive and negative polarity: The model helps children understand polarity – the circuit works only when the positive and negative battery terminals are connected correctly.
