The accessory is very useful when we need to increase the exposure time or increase the depth of field, but still maintain the right exposure. The ND1000 filter allows you to reduce the amount of light by 10 apertures, which means that only 0.1% of the light reaches the camera sensor. The result is a blurring of moving elements - such as water or clouds. The ND4 filter, on the other hand, provides a reduction of 2 apertures.
