Sonoff MINI-ZB2GS ZigBee two-channel mini switch

The Sonoff MINI-ZB2GS is a compact, two-channel smart switch based on the Zigbee 3.0 protocol, with which you can not only control lighting, but also strengthen the range of the entire Zigbee network in your home. Its small size (just 60 mm in diameter) allows it to be mounted discreetly behind most wall switches, and its support for two independent loads of up to 16A provides versatility. The device acts as a Zigbee router, extending the network's range and providing a stable connection to other devices. It also works with popular platforms such as eWeLink, Home Assistant (via ZHA or Zigbee2MQTT) and many Zigbee hubs. Control with traditional buttons, through an app, create smart scenes and enjoy full control over lighting in any room.

Zigbee 3.0 protocol

With the latest Zigbee 3.0 standard, the switch provides reliable communication and low power consumption. To operate, it requires a Zigbee hub (sold separately) such as ZBBridge-P, ZBBridge-U, NSPanel Pro, iHost or popular USB dongles (ZBDongle-P/-E, Dongle-M, Dongle Plus MG24, Dongle Lite MG21). Thanks to the open Zigbee 3.0 protocol, you can easily integrate it with open-source platforms and create a smart home system tailored to your needs. The MINI-ZB2GS also acts as a Zigbee router to actively strengthen the signal and extend the network range. Each installed device acts as a relay point so that sensors and other Zigbee devices in remote rooms maintain a stable connection to the hub. This is ideal for larger homes and apartments where the range of a single hub may not be sufficient.

Two independent loads in one module

The relay allows you to control two different light sources or devices from a single location. It's perfect for living rooms with several light points or kitchens where you want to control main and under-cabinet lighting separately. Each channel supports up to 10A (16A total), which is enough even for larger lamps or LED lighting. The device works with bistable, monostable and SPDT switches, offering complete freedom of arrangement.

Integration with eWeLink and Home Assistant

The device is compatible with the eWeLink app, offering full access to advanced features such as schedules, switching modes and Detach Relay settings. Fans of open-source solutions will appreciate the native integration with Home Assistant via Zigbee Home Automation (ZHA) or Zigbee2MQTT (Z2M), which allows you to create advanced automations and have full control of the device without the manufacturer's cloud.

Smart scenes tailored to your daily rhythm

Create personalized automation scenarios tailored to your daily routine. The light can turn on automatically when motion is detected (requires a Zigbee motion sensor, such as SNZB-03P, sold separately, and a Zigbee hub), turn off when you leave the house, or light up the hallway at a specific time.

Detach Relay function for smart light bulbs

Enable Detach Relay mode to separate the operation of the physical button from the power control. The wall switch then becomes a smart trigger that can control light scenes on Zigbee smart bulbs without interrupting their power supply. Note: the function requires a Zigbee hub for operation.

Smart power-on settings after power interruption

With configurable power-on options, your device can remember its last state, automatically turn on or stay off when power returns. Your smart devices will behave exactly as you want them to, providing convenience and peace of mind after power outages or system resets.

Safety and reliability at the forefront

An enclosure made of flame-retardant PC material, overheat and surge protection, and EFR32MG21 chip with ceramic antennas ensure long-lasting, stable operation and enhanced signal. Despite its compact size (45 × 39.4 × 16.8 mm), the device supports a total load of up to 16A. Installation possible in flush-mounted boxes of type 86, EU and 120 (minimum depth 60 mm). The product is CE/FCC/RoHS certified.
