PST04 HMS is a belt that allows you to increase the load during exercises which traditionally use your body weight.

  • Our belt is an ideal solution for people who want to achieve much better training results in a much shorter time. It is most often used when pulling up on a bar or performing Swedish push-ups and horizontal push-ups on a platform.

 

  • The steel chain attached to the belt allows weights to be hung. This enables its weight to be adjusted quickly and easily. The short links make it easy to fit on any radius of curvature.
  • The shape of the belt helps minimize the load on the lumbar region. It is a protection against painful injuries during training with a very heavy load.
