Skaner 3D Creality Sermoon P1
Creality Sermoon P1 3D ScannerCreality Sermoon P1 is an advanced, professional 3D scanner that combines accuracy of up to 0.02 mm with very fast scanning. Thanks to its hybrid 22 + 7 + 1 blue laser line system and dual NIR structured light, it accurately maps both large elements and fine details or deep holes – it works well with objects from 5 mm3 to 4000 mm3. The built-in Qualcomm 8-core processor, Adreno 740 GPU, 24 GB RAM, and 256 GB ROM allow you to scan and process models even without a computer. You can also choose from 3 operating modes. It is a mobile, complete tool for professional engineering, quality control, and object digitization – ready for use in the office, production hall, and in the field. Hybrid scanning system – greater precision, better resultsThe Sermoon P1 uses a hybrid light source: 22 cross laser lines for fast capture of large element geometry, 7 parallel lines for precise detail mapping, and 1 line for scanning deep holes. This is complemented by dual NIR structured light, which allows for fast scanning of larger objects and human figures without the use of markers. This configuration allows you to adjust the operating mode to the material, size, and complexity of the scanned element, ensuring full coverage of both large surfaces and complex structures.
Three operating modes – freedom in all conditionsThe Sermoon P1 offers three operating modes. Standalone mode allows scanning without connecting a computer, at speeds of up to 60 FPS. Wireless PC uses Wi-Fi for fast and stable data transmission, allowing you to work without cables. In wired PC mode, the device achieves maximum performance (up to 100 FPS) – this is the solution for the most demanding industrial projects.
Precision you can rely onAccuracy of up to 0.02 mm (laser) and 0.075 mm (infrared), as well as volumetric accuracy of 0.02 mm + 0.06 mm/m, guarantee repeatable and reliable results in professional applications such as reverse engineering and quality control. 3D resolution in the range of 0.05–2 mm (laser) and 0.1–2 mm (NIR) allows you to map both fine details and larger solids with high data quality. This level of precision enables analysis, design, and inspection without compromise.
Scanning deep holes and hard-to-reach spacesThe single laser line mode has been optimized for use in deep holes, narrow gaps, and recesses. The device supports scanning holes with a depth-to-diameter ratio of up to 5:1, allowing you to capture 3D data from places that are inaccessible to many standard scanners. In practice, this means a more complete model of mechanical components, more accurate inspections, and better support for design and analysis processes.
Real-time performance – up to 100 FPS and millions of points per secondLaser mode scanning reaches speeds of up to 60 FPS in Standalone mode and up to 100 FPS in PC mode. Infrared mode offers up to 18 FPS (Standalone) and 30 FPS (PC). What's more, in wired mode, the device captures up to 1,740,000 points/s (22 blue laser lines) or as many as 6,881,000 points/s (NIR). Such high data collection speed translates into smooth real-time reconstruction, stable tracking, and shorter project completion times – even with complex and demanding objects.
Independent operation without a computer – powerful components on boardSermoon P1 integrates an 8-core Qualcomm 8-core 3 (36 GHz) processor, Adreno 740 GPU, and FPGA chip, enabling fast scanning and data processing without the need to connect to a computer. In addition, 24 GB of LPDDR5X RAM provides high bandwidth and low latency, while 256 GB of UFS 4.0 storage speeds up file saving and transfer. You also have built-in software that supports calibration, scanning, point cloud fusion, mesh editing, and multi-scan merging, allowing you to complete model processing directly on the device.
Innovative 4-lens system – precision and wide field of viewThe scanner is equipped with a 4-lens system – it offers high-resolution lenses shared with a blue laser and wide field of view lenses. This solution reduces the need for markers, improves tracking stability, and speeds up work with large objects – including scanning human figures.
Mobility, ergonomics, and uninterrupted powerThe scanner weighs 830 g and is equipped with a 6-inch Full HD touchscreen with a 160° viewing angle, which provides a clear, bright image even outdoors. Two removable batteries with independent USB-C ports (3300 mAh each) enable long-term field work, and fast 65 W PD 3.0 charging allows you to reach 80% in about 50 minutes. An intelligent energy-saving system, which automatically activates sleep mode, also ensures efficient, energy-efficient operation. In addition, the built-in Wi-Fi 7 module offers up to 4.8× faster speeds than Wi-Fi 6 and, combined with lossless compression algorithms, provides a fast, secure, and stable connection. Also noteworthy is the convenient handle and the included case, which allows for safe transport of the scanner and its accessories.
Wide scanning rangeThe device allows you to scan both small objects measuring 5 × 5 × 5 mm and very large objects up to 4000 × 4000 × 4000 mm. This makes it ideal for a variety of scenarios – you can easily digitize coins, figurines, sculptures, mechanical parts, and even people and vehicles. The maximum field of view in laser mode is 380 × 365 mm at 550 mm, and in infrared mode it is as much as 1245 × 754 mm at 1000 mm, which allows you to scan an entire human figure in about a minute. The larger FOV also reduces the need for markers and improves tracking stability when working with large objects.
Works well on difficult surfaces and when working in the fieldThe Sermoon P1 can handle black and metal surfaces without the need for matte sprays. What's more, the system works effectively in lighting conditions up to 100,000 lux (single line and 22 cross line modes), up to 50,000 lux (7 lines), or up to 30,000 lux in NIR mode. This allows you to successfully use the device in a variety of environmental conditions, both in the production hall and in the field.
Realistic textures and global shutterThe built-in RGB camera with global shutter and 12 LEDs (blue and white) enable accurate scanning of object textures and colors. Color mapping is handled by a Qualcomm ISP chip with advanced algorithms, which translates into accurate, saturated reproduction of shades and surface details. This makes the Sermoon P1 ideal for archiving works of art, working in the creative industry, or creating realistic models for visualization.
Stable scanning thanks to AIThe scanner uses an AI-based temperature compensation algorithm, which, combined with an optimized thermal design, ensures stable, reliable operation regardless of conditions. The system minimizes the impact of temperature on measurements, maintaining stability and repeatability of results even during long scanning sessions. This is particularly useful in professional applications such as reverse engineering or quality control, where data consistency is of paramount importance.
Software tailored to your needsThe scanner works with CrealityScan software available for Windows and macOS. In addition, scan data can be seamlessly exported and imported into popular engineering, inspection, and design programs such as QuickSurface, Geomagic Design X, Siemens NX, CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks, Maya, 3DMax, Rhino, Cinema4D, ZBrush, Meshmixer, Mudbox, Meshlab, Unreal Engine, Fusion 360, and Blender. Such broad compatibility makes the Sermoon P1 an easy fit into existing workflows in the automotive, manufacturing, reverse engineering, quality inspection, and art digitization industries.
