The equipment has been equipped with, among others, 13 different, permanently uploaded training programs and over 1,000 individually tailored workouts in the JRNY application. - The bike has also been equipped with all the necessary accessories and add-ons that will make training pleasant and comfortable, including speakers, a USB port with the possibility of charging devices, a tablet tray, a water bottle pocket, transport wheels for convenient movement of equipment, as well as Bluetooth technology that allows, for example, to connect the device with a wireless telemetry belt for precise heart rate measurement during training.
- While training on the 590R bike, you can track your activities using compatible applications - primarily JRNY and Zwift. A Zwift subscription gives you access to over 80 virtual routes. On them you can compete with your friends, take part in global competitions or group trainings. You won't even notice how kilometers will pass one by one, and your condition will improve instantly. When you want a change, you can ride over 80 virtual routes located in locations around the world, accessed through the Explore the World app. In addition, on routes with automatic change of terrain, the bike will change the load itself during training.

By adjusting the difficulty (target burn rate) and length (time) of each workout, JRNY can provide a tailor-made program that's perfect for you.
INDIVIDUAL TRAINING
Based on the results of your personal fitness assessment, JRNY offers you workouts tailored specifically to your fitness level. According to Bowflex, this is achievable through "a complex algorithm based on your previous calorie burning history." JRNY measures the number of calories you burn and how fast you burn them, then uses that data to create workouts tailored to each user's fitness level.

Watch your favorite show while training. As you watch, your current exercise data will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. Netflix subscription is not included with JRNY.

The Bowflex JRNY™ app is compatible with Apple devices running iOS 12.0 or later and most Android devices running 6.0 or later. The application synchronizes training data in real time.
