Shelly Shutter WiFi blind / curtain controller
Shelly Shutter WiFi (Wireless Fidelity, wireless data transmission) blind/shutter controllerThe Shelly Shutter Controller is a compact smart home solution that can be easily installed in a standard electrical box - behind a switch or button. In addition to convenient control of the shades, you also gain an energy metering function that allows you to monitor and optimize the operation of appliances in your home. In this way, Shelly Shutter combines comfort, economy and modern design without extensive changes to the installation.
Full control and intelligence at your fingertipsThe controller allows you to remotely manage blinds, shades, awnings or other shades via your smartphone, tablet, computer or home automation system - both locally via Wi-Fi and remotely via the cloud. You can also set operating schedules tailored to sunrise and sunset, and create smart scenarios within the Smart Scenes function. As a result, the Shelly Shutter can work with other Shelly devices to build complex whole-house automations that enhance daily living and save energy.
Advanced functionalityShelly Shutter has a built-in energy metering module, so you monitor how much electricity your shutters are using and gain knowledge about energy efficiency. Depending on your needs, you can control not only the up/down movement, but also the angle of the Venetian blinds' slats - all within one device.
Easy installation and integrationThe controller is placed discreetly just behind the switch, allowing you to maintain interior aesthetics with minimal modifications to the electrical system. Shelly Shutter works over both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth (short-range technology for wireless communication), and supports integrations with Amazon Alexa, Google Smart Home, Samsung SmartThings, KNX (Konnex, a building automation standard) via IP (Internet Protocol, a communication protocol of the Internet network), as well as various automation systems through HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol, a web-based data transfer protocol) API (Application Programming Interface, an application programming interface), MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport, a lightweight communication protocol), webhooks and UDP (User Datagram Protocol, a data transfer protocol).
Reliable and flexible operationThe device operates with 110-240 V AC at very low power consumption (< 0.3 W), and is equipped with overload and overheating protection - a guarantee of durable and safe operation. The controller has a built-in web interface and the ability to update the software "over-the-air" (remotely via the Internet), making it easy to configure and maintain at the highest level.
